Updated 24 October 2026 · Studio privacy information
When you send a website review or project enquiry, your name, email address, website address and message are saved in the studio’s private project system so we can review and reply. When you explicitly request a free private prototype, we also use the submitted website’s content and images to assess suitability, prepare a private concept and practical recommendations, and acknowledge your request by email. We review the proposal before sending it. The private prototype does not replace your existing website. No payment, order or mailing-list subscription is created. If you choose the email fallback, nothing is sent until you send it from your email app. Existing project forms and private links continue to use the same secure project system. The studio’s policy for enquiries and agreed projects follows.
VORL Boost fit assessments
When you request a Boost fit check, we save your chosen options, business and contact details, email provider, approximate enquiry volume and the description you supply. We use these to assess compatibility and reply with the next step. This does not connect your mailbox, authorise messages for your business, start a subscription or add you to a marketing list. Please do not send passwords or customer records in this form. Any later access to business systems, processing of customer information, retention and revocation arrangements must be agreed separately before activation. Contact hello@vorlstudio.com about this assessment or to request correction or deletion.

Your creative brief
We collect the contact details, business information, website references and project preferences you submit so we can respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage an agreed project. Submitting a brief does not place an order or commit you to payment. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to share.
How information is used
We use your information to take steps you request before entering a contract and to deliver an agreed service. We use service providers for website hosting, secure storage, business email and assisted project preparation. Our website and brief storage use OpenAI Sites infrastructure, including Cloudflare; correspondence uses Google Workspace. Processing may take place outside the UK with the safeguards provided by those services. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists when you submit a brief.
Your private link
When you explore a personalised website direction, we save your creative choices with that project so you do not need to repeat them. We also keep a limited record of interactions with the direction, such as opening the creative options or continuing to checkout, to understand which directions are useful. These records use your existing project link; we do not add advertising trackers or email-open pixels for this feature.
Your saved brief has a private access link. Anyone you share that link with can view and respond to your project. Keep it private. Standard customer links last one year from issue; revoked, expired or deliberately shorter links remain restricted. Eligible delivered websites can recover access using the email address already recorded on the project. Contact the studio for a changed email address, several matching projects or other access help. Access expiry does not itself delete the record.
Website statistics
We count public page views, enquiries-button clicks, form starts and form errors in aggregate to understand what is useful. These statistics use fixed traffic-source and campaign categories. They do not contain names, email addresses, full referring URLs, advertising click IDs or visitor identifiers, and do not use analytics cookies or browser fingerprinting. Aggregate statistics are retained for 90 days. Short-lived technical rate limits help prevent abuse.
When you submit an enquiry, its broad source and campaign category may be saved with your enquiry so we can understand which enquiries become paid projects. This follows the enquiry retention policy below. Private project pages are excluded from website statistics. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; you can also switch statistics off below. Only that preference is saved in your browser.
Storage and retention
The brief form uses session storage in your browser to preserve your progress and access during the session. We do not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies on this site. Hosting services process technical requests for security and operation. Enquiry records are retained while the enquiry is active and reviewed for deletion after 12 months without activity; agreed project and accounting records may need to be kept longer.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to relevant processing or request a copy by emailing us. We assess requests against applicable rights and any record-keeping duties. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
