Your creative brief
We collect the contact details, business information, website references and project preferences you submit so we can respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage an agreed project. Submitting a brief does not place an order or commit you to payment. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to share.
How information is used
We use your information to take steps you request before entering a contract and to deliver an agreed service. We use service providers for website hosting, secure storage, business email and assisted project preparation. Our website and brief storage use OpenAI Sites infrastructure, including Cloudflare; correspondence uses Google Workspace. Processing may take place outside the UK with the safeguards provided by those services. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists when you submit a brief.
Your private link
Your saved brief has a private access link. Anyone you share that link with can view the brief. Keep it private. The link expires after 90 days; contact us if you need access after that. Access expiry does not itself delete the record.
Storage and retention
The brief form uses session storage in your browser to preserve your progress and access during the session. We do not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies on this site. Hosting services process technical requests for security and operation. Enquiry records are retained while the enquiry is active and reviewed for deletion after 12 months without activity; agreed project and accounting records may need to be kept longer.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to relevant processing or request a copy by emailing us. We assess requests against applicable rights and any record-keeping duties. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
