What happens when I request a free mockup?
Share your current website and contact details. We review suitability and prepare a design concept with practical recommendations. There is no payment or obligation.
When do I pay?
You review and accept a proposal with the full price before paying the agreed deposit. The balance is due after you approve the website, before launch.
What do you need from me?
Your website address, accurate business details and permission to reuse your content. You can also share newer photographs and copy.
Will my current website stay live?
Yes. We build separately and check your domain, email and important pages before switching. Nothing launches without your approval.
How long does it take?
We confirm your first-draft date and launch plan before work starts. Timing depends on the agreed scope and having the content we need.
What about hosting and support?
We confirm hosting, domain arrangements, support and any recurring costs in your proposal before you commit.
What if I need more than a refresh?
Shops, logins, complex booking, custom apps, major copywriting and bespoke 3D need a separate scope and price. New websites start from £950.
